Job Description An expert in data analysis who will help design the organization's enterprise data architecture. Responsible in determining how its structured and unstructured data will be integrated/shared and reported by different IT application systems. Will align architecture principles to the overarching enterprise architecture principles. This role will work towards building an enterprise data model, establishing a central dictionary of standard common business vocabulary, defining a strategy and set of principles for data quality management, master data management, and data integration. This role will be able to use technical knowledge and expertise to develop innovative technical solutions that align to business, IT, and architecture vision as a whole. The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following: Responsible for designing the logical data models. Responsible for creating the physical data models. Provides the optimization strategy for the existing data models. Reviews the deliverables to ensure completeness and correctness against the business requirement. Ensures that the physical design meets the standards set by the Data Architecture team. Works with other Data Architects in developing the data solutions. Guides and provides inputs to the Solution Architects on the implementation of different BI solutions. Builds source system knowledge that can help determine the best source for a particular information Provides source to target mapping for reports, extractions, and other analytical requirements.
