Job Purpose and Impact
The Data and Business Intelligence Supervisor provides technical guidance in the delivery of data and analytics solutions. In this role, you will focus on the implementation of improvements for data ingestion, preparation, publication and visualization. You will enable and support the delivery of new and existing financial analytics projects, help drive the vision and goals of the team and delivery of high quality information products.
Key Accountabilities
Support the implementation of data and management information strategy, data engineering and financial analytics.
Execute standard data capabilities to ensure consistency and quality control of key business data.
Participate in the ingestion, preparation and publishing activities.
Ensure high quality consistent information products are built to serve business decision making requirements.
Contribute with insights that can be easily interpreted by internal teams designing, developing and maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses and dashboards.
Lead the ingestion, preparation and publishing activities.
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Analysis software experience using relevant tools and applications
Proven experience with data management technologies
Minimum one year of directly related work experience

One year of supervisory experience
