Job Description Works with enterprise data located in different platforms to support the development of business metrics and generate recurring reports to support business decisions. Use data analytics to assess current state, perform sensitivity analysis of future scenarios and make recommendations. Generate management metrics, efficiency and other performance indicators from data gathered. Interact with different parts of the organization to improve data accuracy and consistency. 1. Provides inputs & recommendation on tooling strategy to effectively cater to reporting requirements 2. Delivers / co-delivers Analytical Reporting Requirements in collaboration with requester and / or functional team 3. Provides guidance on data availability & accessibility based on Data Library. If not available and/or access is restricted, guides the functional team on how to secure approval from data owner for access. 4. Works with HR Technology Team to enable / configure the system to gather the data 5. Trains and provides guidance on reporting requirements to the functional team on utilizing tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, Workday, etc. 6. Guidance on data processing procedures such as anonymization techniques, data quality checks, summarizing offline data for data exploration 7.Maintains Data Library and Data Catalogue with newly generated data 8. Maintains Knowledge Base (KMS) particular to Analytical Reports to ensure that related assets are stored, organized, and reused by other analytics initiatives 9. Publishes updated HR Data Catalogue to rest of HR, with outlined process on data access approval 10.
