The Data Analytics Team Lead - A&R is integral in providing quality reporting and analytics needs to partners while handling functional sub-teams. They will be encouraged to understand, translate operationally and fulfill partner requests using available resources, and provide mentorship and guidance to the analysts under their team.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Statistical analysis or related experience is required.
Advanced SQL Skills. In-depth knowledge of Uber Data Structures with strong Presto/Hive querying skills.
Solid understanding in Python/R or similar programming languages.
Proficient in one or more visualization tools (e.g. Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must.
Ability to balance multiple partners across multiple functions.
Ability to end- to- end manage projects right from ideation to final execution.
Define, build, improve, and automate reporting methods.
Proactively develop new KPIs/metrics to identify trends, generate insights and add value to our partners.
Work with different teams and business partners to understand the "Why?" aside from to the "What?" behind Uber's biggest challenges.
Ability to create, supervise views on task management tools like JIRA, Asana to drive team utilization.
Preferred experience of directly or indirectly handling or mentoring teams and cultivate a cohesive and creative work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of People management experience will be a plus.
Understanding of Statistics and Machine learning technique.

Timely implementation and completion of the assigned results. End-to-end involvement in the projects with the stakeholders from idea creation to delivery & impact realization.
Timely, on point, professional, and proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external partners. Provide key insights, recommendations proactively and be a thought partner for stakeholders.
To mentor team members and act as an SME in sharing the knowledge at scale within the team.
Lead a team of reporting and business analysts to deliver output to the partners, proven by Metrics: OSAT, UMS, Jira Scores.
