Duties and Responsibilities:
• Hubspot 'champion' across the business - supporting on sales and marketing automation set up and best practices
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Maintain and update CRM on an ongoing basis
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst - minimum of 3 years
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Experience in any CRM
• Previous Hubspot experience would be ideal
• Excellent ability in interpreting senior stakeholder requirements and juggle priorities
• Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
• You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
• Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
• Australian exposure and experience working with Sales and Marketing teams would be an advantage
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
