DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Updates attendance record of all personnel.2. Encodes output records of each employee in the department.3. Gathers and encodes data needed for PI computation of the department.4. Ensures that all necessary hard copies are filed accordingly.5. Updates inventory of incoming and outgoing parts of the department.6. Input, tracks and maintains all encoded data and records.7. Produce reports that are backed up with data.8. Performs any other office tasks that management requires assistance with.
REQUIRED COMPETENCY, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS:1. Knowledgeable in MS Office programs2. Skilled in doing data analysis3. Good written and communication skills.4. Good English grammar, verbal and written.5. Fast encoding skills.6. Positive attitude in receiving different related workloads.7. Skilled in doing monitoring files/data needed in department.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE1. At least a vocational course graduate related to data analysis/encoding.2. Experienced in doing data analysis/ monitoring in a Manufacturing environment set up.3. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
