Position Title: Data Analyst
Salary Grade: 20,000 - 30,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: July 2023
Schedule : 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM PHT
Responsibilities:
Produce weekly management reports based on predefined metrics and key performance indicators
Build reports using a back office system and Excel that align with the specific needs of the business
Take comprehensive notes and action items during project meetings and update the central register accordingly
Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of data systems
Research and evaluate automation solutions to streamline data analysis processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency
Communicate effectively with the support department of the back office system to address and resolve any issues or challenges
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and demonstrate the tenacity to find answers and overcome obstacles
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Experience with Dynamic 365 Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables Comfortable with technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders
Strong time management and task management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively
Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage and analyze large data sets efficiently
Ability to work independently and meticulously, paying close attention to detail
Demonstrated initiative in problem-solving and a strong analytical mindset Experience in data models and reporting packages is preferred
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Ability to write comprehensive reports that effectively communicate complex data findings
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving to identify and resolve data-related issues
