GrowthAssistant is looking for a Data Analyst for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate manages and manipulates data in the CRM and other databases to ensure that the large scale of data is adequately processed.

The Role
Data entry and chart creation
Data investigation to compare and validate in reports and channels
Data manipulation (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping)
Build reports and dashboards
Analyze performance and write a summary of reports
Cross-reference and clean new leads that are client-generated versus existing database or CRM
Export data from CRM, create formulas or scripts to organize data, then import data back into the CRM
Upload, organize, and update leads into the CRM
Verify data in the existing database
Pull missing data from online sources
The Requirements
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel in data manipulation and analytics is a must-have (can do advanced formulas and VBA/Macro scripting)
Experience with Salesforce is a must-have
Experience in Python coding or programming is preferred (can do the end-to-end scripting and run of queries)
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and complete deliverables in a timely manner
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Can work on graveyard shift following the US Pacific Timezone
