You will help us build a Tier 1 Operational Reporting Hub. The application will provide a core agnostic view of data and will help with detailed analysis and investigation of data. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Inspect & Assess data sources . Inspect & Assess application topography . Perform necessary gap analysis . Collaborate with DBAs, Data Integration, Metadata and BI Delivery Team to address necessary details . Collaborate with SMEs to define high-level report/analysis, and overall intelligence dashboard functionality Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Required qualifications to be successful in this role . 3+ years of DB Analysis experience . Ability to create Functional / Non-Functional Documentation from Business Requirements. . Python scripting experience especially utilizing data analysis and reporting packages . Exposure to Hadoop eco system. (preferred but not required) . Exposure to Apache Scala. (preferred but not required) . Ability to work with Data Architect and Development Lead. . Creative ability to solve problems. . Excellent decision making skills, production support decision making process Skill set Years of experience Proficiency level Data Analysis 3 Proficient Python 3 Proficient Hadoop 1 Good Apache Scala 1 Good Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required .
