Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, interpret and transform data using statistical technique and provide ongoing reports and dashboards
• Maintain and work with datasets including networking, software and various other hardware items
• Collaborate with business and IT teams in order to drive a common approach towards solving cases
• Work with different team members to ensure proper data operations improve quality, accessibility and value of consumed data
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst
• Minimum of 3 years Cisco work experience
• With Cisco certification
• Experience working in a Cisco Global Virtual Engineering (GVE) team would be an advantage
• Ability to adapt to new tools and software
• Can collect, interpret and transform data
• Solid experience in datasets and make these as business presentations
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide solution recommendations
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
