Data Analyst SISENSE Background in Clark Pampanga 40k to 55k
 
 
 
Minimum requirements:
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Advance knowledge of MSExcel (basic functions, possibly pivot tables)
-Have experience with Sisense
-Have very good attention to detail
-Good leadership and people management skills
-Excellent Customer Service Knowledge, background and skill
 
 
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
-Work with the Senior Business Analyst & Business Managers to determine client reporting requirements – content, frequency and delivery schedules
-Develop good working relationship with clients to provide direct lines of communication
-Production of management information reports including trend analysis and commentary
-Meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations
-Liaising with the SISENSE technology teams to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of data
-Production and development of client review documents
-Production of ad hoc client reports, as required
-Pro-actively designing and delivering new reports to clients that add value to their programme
