We are a non-bank lender specialising in bridging loans. We fill a gap left open by traditional lenders by offering the only flexible and dependable bridging loan product in the market. We use technology to revolutionise the bridging loan experience and provide a solution fit for the expectation of today's customer.
Less than a year after launch, we passed $1 billion in loan applications, and this is just the start!
The Role
We are looking for a first-class Data Analyst (Power BI) to join the Bridgit team. This role would be suited to someone who is passionate about joining a high-growth start-up in the fintech space, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a small team, you will get the chance to work closely with the Executive Team, help build the business and directly impact the success of our team.
In particular, you will:
Work with the business to understand the data and reporting needs across departments, building their data platforms (preferably Power BI) and understand the data
Manage the delivery of data with the broader team, setting up the required structures and managing the wider business needs with them.
Deliver the full data program, including understanding needs, development, testing and implementation
Identifying critical insight and the ability to present these to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Scoping and estimating of projects, managing the internal team on the delivery of key projects.
A bit about you:
Preferable 2+ years' experience working in a similar role
Strong academic credentials
Proficiency in SQL is preferred but not required.
Deep understanding of dimensional modelling
A demonstrable aptitude for understanding, manipulating and cleaning complex data-sets
Proficiency with data viz tools (Tableau and/or PowerBI), data warehouses (Snowflake preferable)
Passion for data and analytics, promoting the importance throughout the business, and supporting the building of a results focused organisation.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Agile way of working, being able to understand priorities and be agile in your day to day
Experience in financial services or tech is preferred, however not critical
Someone with a track record of getting it done. We are output focused.
Someone passionate to learn and develop, to get stuck in and to own their area of the business.
Nice to have:
Experience with multi-dimensional cubes or tabular models (SSAS) nice to have
Experience working with custom CRMs (nice to have)
*Candidates must be willing to work from Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm or 7am to 4pm Manila Time
