DATA ANALYST
 
Data Analyst that are hands-on operational support role responsible for monitoring performance, analyzing business metrics, running structured tests/experiments, detecting anomalies, and turning data into actionable insights for management.
 
This role focuses on interpretation and monitoring of performance data using existing tools and data sources (Airtable, Google Sheets, automated reports). The Data Analyst proactively improves KPIs, dashboards, and alerting logic to help operations run smoothly and efficiently.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
A. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Analyze daily operational performance data (e.g. success ratios, team/shift performance).
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies (e.g., sudden drops, abnormal ratios, outliers by VA/team/shift).
Produce clear conclusions and recommended actions based on findings.
B. Tests & Experiments (Data-Driven Validation)
Support structured operational tests by analyzing assigned datasets and comparing results over time.
Measure the impact of changes and summarize outcomes in a clear, decision-ready format.
C. Reporting, Dashboards & Alerts
Maintain and improve reporting outputs using existing tools and workflows such as:
Airtable (tables/interfaces)
Google Sheets / Looker 
Automated reporting outputs delivered through Slack with N8N
Improve alerting logic (what should trigger an alert, thresholds, definitions) and coordinate with the team to implement it.
Ensure reports and dashboards are reliable, consistent, and understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
D. KPI Ownership & Business Insights
Define and refine key KPIs and operational metrics.
Propose new metrics, thresholds, and monitoring rules when needed.
Translate operational goals into measurable indicators.
E. Collaboration
Work closely with founders, operations managers, and team leaders to understand priorities and deliver insights quickly.
Collaborate with developers by communicating data needs (metrics definitions, alert logic, reporting requirements).
SCOPE CLARIFICATION
 
This role does not involve backend development, API integration, bot development, server deployment, or building automation infrastructure.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
 
Required
Practical experience in data analysis, reporting, operations analytics, or a similar role (degree optional / equivalent experience accepted).
Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Airtable.
Experience working with structured operational data and performance metrics.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to detect anomalies/outliers.
Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Fast learner: comfortable adapting to new tools, workflows, and evolving requirements.
Nice to Have
Experience consuming data from APIs or automated systems (no integration required).
Familiarity with dashboarding or visualization tools.
Experience working in performance-driven operations environments.
