Background:
Data Analyst interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. Data Analysts gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends - as such a Data Analyst job description should highlight the analytical nature of the role.
Responsibilities:
• Produce weekly management reports.
• Build reports which meet the needs of the business using a back office system and Excel.
• Take notes and actions from project meetings and update the central register.
• Take part in User acceptance testing.
• Research automation solutions and provide recommendations.
• Communicate and resolve issues with the support department of the back office system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Comfortable with technology
• Have tenacity to get answers to solve problems
• Good communication skills
• Good time management and task management skills
• Willing to adopt a fast-paced working environment
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and meticulously

• Experience in data models and reporting packages
