We are looking for an exceptional Service Analyst to join our Global Service Design- Operations Insights team to work with the global and regional COE programs and analytics & reporting teams. This role will help in processing data, designing and building reports, and generating insights critical to the programs.
As a Service Analyst, you will work closely with the Global CommOps and Regional COE leadership teams to create, design, build and maintain reports and insights for the Fount program. You should have a strong ability to find solutions for complex problems. You are comfortable with data and can translate that into reporting and suggestions for specific actions. You are precise, thorough, and able to work independently in order to meet global deadlines. You are passionate about making business decisions through data and analytics. You can communicate with key collaborators and demonstrate tremendous ownership.
What You'll Do
You will need reporting and analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday. You will generate, clean, analyze data and reports, and provide insights and recommendations on decisions that affect the programs on a regular basis.
Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep support teams as efficient as possible
Drive analysis on projects and important strategic decisions improving the experience for COE Operations reporting and insights
Coordinate with regional and support teams in researching, understanding, and documenting existing reporting processes and process standardization
Create and generate internal reporting and support insights generation and ad-hoc deep dives
Design and build internal and COE metrics deep-dive tools
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of work experience in Analytics/ Business Intelligence/ Statistical analysis or related experience is mandatory. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, excel, and data management skills.
Proficient in SQL and Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items. Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand complex concepts and work across multiple functions and teams. Demonstrate initiative, persistence, ability to problem solve, and enthusiasm for learning new skills; Offer creative thinking and solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Tableau/ PowerBI/ Data Studio data reporting and visualization
Lean six sigma/ Kaizen/ COPC/ OE experience
Project management experience
Global scorecard project experience
About the Team
The Global Service Design (GSD) Operations Insights team has been given the charge to build standardized data reporting and insights solutions for the Global COEs through the Fount program. The Fount program tackles 2 key value propositions in CommOps: Foundational- where the goal is to establish Fount as the Global COE SSOT (single source of truth); and Transformational- where the goal is to develop Fount for Global COE use cases on Footprint and Operational Insights.
