Responsibilities:
Gain an advanced understanding of the software used across the organization, the data in each of these solutions, and the data flow and linking between solutions.
Work along with data team to understand the organization needs around data analysis and data driven decisions.
Design creative solutions and ensure the business has the data and analytics that they need on a timely basis.
Proactively manage all data management tools and system integration.
Continual process improvement including QC data quality and integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or relevant technical experience
3+ years relevant work experience
Advanced understanding of OLAP structures
Advanced understanding of relational databases, including structure and design
Advanced knowledge of database languages (SQL and variants)
Must-have:
SQL queries
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Online Analytical Processing (OLAP)
Azure data factory
Tableau
Nice to have:
Salesforce, ETL frameworks, Python, R
Strong background in technology, analysis and critical evaluation of data gathered from multiple sources
Analytical, creative, innovative, solution oriented
Ability to identify and transform business needs into actionable data, reporting and insights
Quick learner, with the ability to work independently and manage their workload and schedule
Willingness to be hands-on and contribute where required to get the job done
Strong oral and written English
Ability to work EST hours
