Presents data in charts, graphs and tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data. Responsible for improving data quality and for designing or presenting conclusions gained from analyzing data using statistical tools. Drives insight-generating on internal pain points, needs and customer experience related to Platinum Platforms (e.g. Digital Operations Terminal, PRM App, Transportation, Fizzback, etc.) Champions the digital transformation of internal tools and systems for the Platinum team to enable them to deliver the best experience for all Platinum customers Regularly reviews the performance of platforms and tools critical to Platinum operations and recommends enhancements and improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness Make Your Passion Part of Your Profession.
