Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization
- Design, implement and maintain the organization's cyber-security plan
- Direct the installation and use of security tools to protect sensitive information
- Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and elements
- Research the latest information technology security trends
- Recommend security enhancements to the senior management
- Monitor their organization's networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur
- Maintain expertise with a high level of analytical ability to solve problems that are typically unusual and difficult - gather and interpret complex qualitative or quantitative data
- Monitor all operations and infrastructure
- Maintain all security tools and technology
- Monitor internal and external policy compliance
- Monitor regulation compliance
- Audit policies and controls continuously
- Ensure that cybersecurity stays on the organizational radar
- Map out the Security Incident Response Program
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Perform other tasks or duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Possesses at least 8 years of working experience in the related, must have direct experience of 3 years in handling teams
- Preferably an Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
- Must have direct experience in handling cybersecurity monitoring, incident response operations and writing policies and procedures for cybersecurity operations
- Experience in forensics and international certifications are a plus
- Expert in demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of information IT security technologies, embedded security and platforms
- Must have direct multi-shift experience
- Willing to work in Makati
- Willing to start ASAP
