Job Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct End User Training, Admin Training, and knowledge transfer to customers for every project completed.
Deploy cybersecurity projects such as but not limited to bundled cybersecurity projects like SDWAN + Cybersecurity.
Collaborate with PreSales and Solutions Architects during opportunity scoping for solution whiteboarding/planning workshop, and man-hour/day estimating.
Prepare Technical Implementation Plan (TIP), with low level design (LLD) document as part of project implementation sign off prerequisites.
Work closely with Project Manager, partners/vendors to ensure successful project implementation on time, on scope, and on budget.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure Understanding of log analysis and security forensics.
Ethical Hacking experience.
Actual hands-on experience in Administering and Deploying Security solutions (Firewall, UTM, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Application Protector)borth on-prem and Cloud.
Understands cloud infrastructure such as Software as a Service (SaaS), Backup as a Service (BaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
