The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large, complex projects, and will be able to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project teams.
Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring that team members understand their responsibilities and deadlines.
Establish project governance and ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working on automations using tools like Make, n8n is a strong plus.
Experience training and utilizing A.I. in automations is a strong plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
LEAN / Six Sigma certification is a plus
