JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordination, monitoring and transacting with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarding agents etc.
Customs clearance processing (documentation, lodgment, filing and monitoring) (on-line and manual) for inbound and outbound shipments
In close coordination with in-house customs broker
And other tasks related to customs clearance and international & domestic freight forwarding
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must hold a college degree on any related course
Experience in Customs Brokerage and Freight Forwarding Industry is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel)
Possess good interpersonal skills (team player, dependability, flexibility etc.)
With good written and verbal communication skills
With good customer service skills
