Job Description:
Reach out to assigned list of companies, organization and entities the client will provide
Use Omni-Channel (Voice, Text, Email) to identify the appropriate decision maker and proactively assist the companies in completing the registration process for the client
Ensure accuracy of date gathered from list of companies that will complete the registration process
Assist the management in amending and update the questionnaires to get more accurate responses
At least 2 - 5 years experience with Outbound or Inbound calls and with Order Processing background
Proficient in English language (both oral and written)
Highly motivated to get an accurate data from providers
Must have wired internet connection, quiet background and up to date computer or laptop. (windows 8 up)
