We are looking for energetic and experienced Customer/Technical Support Assistant who will help our clients with their daily operations by assisting them with any issues related to the systems we offer them. The Customer/Technical Support Assistant must have good written and verbal communication skills, highly organized, and a team player.

The Role:
Respond to support customer emails using client-provided templates and scripts.
Track customer feedback/requests in client-provided platforms.
Provide support for basic troubleshooting.
Answer customer queries and support FAQs/troubleshooting related to courses.
Offer basic transaction/billing support regarding invoices, payment links, deadline extensions, etc.
Maintain CRM information based on tickets like names, emails, and other extra information.
Engage with fans/followers on social media using client-provided templates/scripts.
Use good judgment and strong communication skills to ensure escalations are solved on the first contact
Quickly respond to customer inquiries to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
The Requirements:
Experience with CRMs like ActiveCampaign, ServiceNow, Siebel or similar software.
Experience with a customer emailing tool like Front or similar software.
Have a great sense of empathy for our clients.
2+ years experience in Customer Service.
1+ years experience in Tech Support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be supporting a product that requires technical concepts to be simplified for some non-technical customers.
Experience with enrollment and/or educational e-learning platforms like Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Skillshare or other similar tools is preferred.
Prior experience with social media management/engagement is nice-to-have (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Experience with WordPress is nice-to-have.
Experience with Slack is nice-to-have.
