We are looking for upbeat Customer Support who will be responsible for getting more product offers for one of the accounts, reach out to more physical stores, tap market and call-in numbers from their leads database.
To be successful in this role, you should have a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette. The ideal Customer Support will remain calm and professional under pressure and always treat clients with respect.
Key Responsibilities
Help reach potential clients/partners telephonically and grow online reach.
Call leads from their existing database.
Provide any information that the client requests.

Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule
