In a Customer Support Specialist, we are looking for someone who can attend all customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. We are looking for someone, who can support us remotely, reaching out to all clients & customers with their queries and feedbacks.
Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat & email.
Identify customer needs and help them use specific features
Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
Update us with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Inform customers about new features and functionalities
Creating reports to customer support management using our tools.
Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer & technical support role.
Should be able to work as per U.A.E time zone from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Well-versed in using various customer communication channels including phone, chat, email, and social media
CRM management
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Have well developed listening skills and the ability to assimilate information
High level of commitment, initiative, and enthusiasm
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and irate customers
