THE ROLE
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
SweatWorks, the leading technology company in the fitness industry, is hiring a Customer Service Representative fluent in written and spoken English and with full-time availability.
SweatWorks is seeking qualified candidates for its customer service department that supports one of our impressive client products. The representative is responsible for serving customers, providing product and service information, and resolving product and service problems.
Responsibilities
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about other products and services.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
YOUR SKILLS
Ability to work one weekend day per week
Detail-oriented and technical acumen
2+ years of experience preferred in a customer support role
Experience with any of the following Jira, Intercom, Shopify, Stripe, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs.
Able to work independently and in a team environment and efficiently meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer support related emails, phone calls, and other electronic communications.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
A strong sense of professionalism and discretion required.
