Customer Support Representative
This role will help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services.
Job Description:
Clearly communicate ideas and give directions to customers by utilizing available tools.
Effectively respond to all aspects of customers' inquiries or requests regarding orders, product/service information, posting status, pricing, etc.
Always deliver professional service to customers, especially during any instances of emotional strain
Service all job seeker and employer products sold through our JobTarget platform.
Quickly and easily navigate multiple Internet sites and takes initiative to prioritize, manage, and complete projects.
Investigate and resolve flagged jobs with non-working login credentials.
Create tickets via ClickUp concerning client or platform issues.
Send outreach emails to clients with regards to various issues.
Mix minor issues encountered in the JobTarget platform.
Job Qualifications:
Exceptional communications skills- written and verbal.
Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
Outstanding attention to detail
Highly organized and has excellent problem-solving skills.
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and issues.
Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
