Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer relations support for our client. A Customer Support Representative is not a call center agent, your role is not only to help our client's customers with issues they encounter but to make every customer's experience with support an exceptional one. As a Customer Support Representative, you will demonstrate a true passion for serving customers while resolving their issues. Customer Support Representatives will respond to client emails and live chat interactions with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely responses to client emails and chats
Approach issue resolution with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
Demonstrate a true passion for serving customers and resolving issues
Creatively and proactively drive continuous improvements that lead to delighted customers/service
Ensure client files are accurate and updated
Ensure all interactions are held with the highest level of confidentiality
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
At least 2-years of customer support experience required, preferably in an online interactive setting
Ability to defuse client anxiety through exceptional customer service techniques/skills
Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues
Must be self-motivated, act independently, and know when to escalate issues
Requirements:
Must be willing to work in Dumaguete Site
Must successfully pass a background check
Must successfully pass a Healthcare Screening check
Other Details:
4x10 schedule (work week mayincludethe weekend - Sat/Sun - and holidays; with consecutive 3 days off)
Opportunity for weekly and monthly incentives
