We are looking for a customer support representative to act as a liaison and be able provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Customer Support Representatives performing at this level will be required to utilize skills from training, education, experience or certifications to fulfill their daily responsibilities. In addition, this position will work in a team environment to maximize individual and team performance.
This position requires high quality telephonic, email and chat support to customers each day, in a manner that meets or exceeds defined department objectives to protect and increase LexisNexis revenues.
