Facilitate communication between potential customer and Sales Department regarding deviations from standard practices Coordinate with appropriate departments to ensure Authorization & Authentication documentation is completed appropriately Participate in application user acceptance testing as required Responsible for support tasks associated with daily operations, such as filing and copying.All other duties as assignedby supervisor. EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE: Bilingual - Cantonese/ English required. Requires 1-2 yearsof work-relatedexperience. Proficient with Microsoft Word,Excel, Outlook and Internet. Comfortable with computer technologyand learning new applications. Solid communication skills with ability to effectively respond to questions. Prior call center or customer service experience a plus. High school graduate or equivalentrequired.
