WORK ARRANGEMENT
Temporary work from home
Minimum internet speed requirement is 10 MBPS
Has a designated work space at home
Company will provide a Desktop Computer
What do we require from you?
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant for at least 2 years
Healthcare background is preferred but not required
Must have an experience in appointment setting and planning
A self-starter individual that can work under-pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Able to work with a team and/or individually with less supervision
Handles inbound/outbound calls professionally and can understand BPO terminologies
Abides to QA processes and understands the metrics
Computer Savvy and able to navigate swiftly through various CRMs
Can easily adapt to changes and takes challenges positively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Scope of Work
Virtual Scheduler for different nursing homes in Australia - Massage Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, and a few others. At the same time, must assist different medical specialists
Handles booking of appointments and other nursing home and medical specialists' requests
General support tasks for both offshore and internal team
Does back-office/admin support
