What you will do:
Communicate with Customers and solve their technical issues via live chat and email;
Provide a red carpet Customer service experience to our Customers;
Focus on the Customer's success by offering additional services, tools, and products;
Dive deep into the world of IT by continuous polishing your technical background;
Deliver impactful work on a company scale.
What we expect:
Clear written English communication (C1 or Native);
Minimum 1 year of troubleshooting experience in the Web Hosting field;
Knowledge in topics of billings, domains, DNS, emails, cPanel/WHM, various TLD issues and how to fix them;
Strong interpersonal skills such as proactiveness and empathy;
Ability to work 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in rotating shifts (including nights, and weekends);
Ability to boost the internet speed up to 50 Mbps;
A computer with the following parameters: processor - Intel i5 or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, RAM: 8 GB or higher.
