Respond to customer inquiries on social media, phone and website and convert them to move-ins
Work closely with different teams to ensure top of the line customer service
Remain in frequent contact with customers to understand their needs, manage their end-to-end sale providing regular updates
Keep clean and accurate records of the Company's B2C customers
Create customer reports and provide customer feedback and insights to appropriate internal teams
Ensure FAQs and knowledge bases for the Company's B2C customers are maintained and updated
Assist in uploading, editing and maintaining brand listings to different marketplaces
Inbound and outbound calls, text message communications, and meeting key performance indicator goals
At least 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred
Experience in sales is a plus
Customer centric work style; friendly/enthusiastic
Must have own smartphone, laptop and stable internet connection at home
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technology Savvy
