Description
Covatar is a US-based design studio that focuses on providing individual customers and businesses with high-quality graphic design and illustration services. We already worked with thousands of individuals across the United States and hundreds of companies, including big names such as Microsoft, Nasdaq, Workday, Spotify, and others.
Besides Covatar, we're also running two more brands Nudsey and Sketchy Business. These subsidiaries focus on graphic design for specific groups of people and businesses.
We're an international team of highly creative digital artists, graphic designers, and art directors. We love everything about graphic design and illustration - it's our bread and butter.
We're looking for our next hero, working with our customers and assisting them with their projects and orders. You'll also be handling communication with our partners, business clients across our projects. You won't be just a customer success manager, but a project manager and the central point between the production team and customer.
Job responsibilities:
- Daily support of our new and existing customers across different channels: email, website chat, social media, SMS.
- Social listening: react to customers' feedback in social media
- Communicate with production team, artists, designers, and transfer clients' requests and requirements
- Help troubleshoot problems related to customers' projects.
- Collect and organize customer feedback, user stories, features, and product requests.
- Help to improve customer support systems by implementing new practices and tools, creating and organizing knowledge bases for internal use.
- Support and keep knowledge base and FAQs with up-to-date information and content
- Act as a project manager on business client projects and communicate with them daily via email.
- Keep Hubspot CRM up to date with essential customer information.
- Communicate with influencers and partners daily and assist project managers and art directors.
Requirements:
- Must be available to complete a written test assignment related to job requirements
- Must be able to meet English test interview via Zoom
- 3+ years experience in customer service is a must
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data
- Excellent proficiency in writing English is required
- The capability of multitasking and working on multiple projects at the same time
- Strong time management skills, excellent verbal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks and projects
- A Bachelor degree is required
- Ability to fully commit 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
