We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to work on various admin tasks for our US client. You will be working with the client directly, so we need someone with an A++ level of English communication skills with high initiative. Please do not apply if you think you're not a good fit for the role.

As a Customer Success Associate, here are your qualities and tasks, but are NOT limited to:
Answer inbound calls (general inquiries, sales) and emails and make outbound calls as necessary.
Handle customer inquiries on all communication platforms used by the business.
Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion.
Maintain and manage records and other business and/or client information.
Assist in onboarding new clients.
Make sure all submitted content complies with the company's Terms and Service.
Review Press Releases.
Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks.
Salary: $600-$900 per month depending on experience
