Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Solutions Specialist - Moving Services to assist customers with their home moving and relocation needs. Your primary role will be to guide customers through the process, offering the best solutions and pricing information for their relocation needs while providing excellent service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
• Respond to inbound calls and emails from potential clients.
• Make outbound calls.
• Provide tailored advice on moving services and relocation options.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating relocation services.
• Meet sales targets by offering the right services to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
 
Qualifications:
 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in sales and customer service is a MUST.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experienced in the use of CRM tools.
