Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about land, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience in inbound or outbound call
Good negotiation skills
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
With personal computer, high-speed internet connection, and good quality headset
Have a quiet workspace, without any distraction
No Attitude Problem
No issues with tardiness and absences
Salary: ₱ 100-200 per hour + Commissions
Work Schedule: USA Eastern Time Zone
