JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Nations Info Corp is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer for our growing customer service campaign.
 
You will be working with the Customer Service Manager and coaches who are currently responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the performance of our customer service agents.
 
Sales Trainer for Customer Service responsibilities include developing training systems (for group and individual learning) and coaching to enhance agents continued development. 
 
To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience developing training systems and training curriculums from scratch. You will help us develop our employees’ skills & habits in order to improve quality of work, productivity and retention while improving our current training programs and/or creating new programs for future opportunities!
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Meet with CSR team members regularly to review quality sales/metrics and discuss action points by setting goals
Welcome all new hires and deliver motivating and inspiring virtual and local classroom training for team members on a weekly basis
Assists in continuous coaching on sales technique, quality and product knowledge
Track the growth of sales of each team member to evaluate and provide positive and constructive feedback. 
Execute sales training plans to ensure that sales and revenue numbers are obtained
Develop training initiatives for call center agents including follow up training of new and existing CSR hires, offering continuing education courses, product updates, process and procedural updates and support.
Custom training to drive sales and technical skill growth across the team. 
Design and implement a training tracking system to identify each employee who has successfully completed training and when they should require re-fresher, additional or ongoing training.
Work with supervisors of their teams to identify training needs and mapping out development of plans for teams and individuals.
Evaluation of effectiveness of training material. 
Monitor calls for effectiveness and improvement
Conduct follow-up exercises on sales/training opportunities
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience
A demonstrated sales background, experience in a call center environment
Technology skills, strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must have 5+ years experience in sales and/or a training/coaching role
Experience developing and implementing sales and service documentation
Excellent written, presentation skills, and instructional communication skills
Ability to provide feedback and demonstrate a variety of coaching methods
Self-motivated and goal oriented
