Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Team Lead with a strong background in Amazon and Shopify e-commerce operations. This individual will work closely with our leadership team to help revamp customer service processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support a growing portfolio of women's health products. Ideal candidates are confident communicators, comfortable on video calls, and eager to be a visible, collaborative part of the team - not just a behind-the-scenes SOP executor.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Customer Service (CS) team, ensuring high standards in response quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Oversee daily customer service operations on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify
Use tools like ShipStation and standard Shopify apps to manage orders, returns, and issue resolution
Collaborate with the CS Team Lead and other stakeholders to review and improve workflows and systems
Participate in Zoom meetings and contribute to strategic decisions around team processes
Maintain a strong understanding of our products and policies to effectively support customers
Assist in onboarding new CS staff and training on tools and procedures
Qualifications & Experience:
2+ years in a customer service leadership role, preferably in e-commerce
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms
Familiarity with ShipStation and other key e-commerce tools
Experience in the supplements or medical device industry (a plus, but not required)
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Zoom/video meetings and collaborative team engagement
Preferred Candidate Traits:
Engaged, proactive, and confident in suggesting improvements and speaking up
Ability to handle phone-based communication if needed (optional)
