Job Description:
As a Customer Service Support, you will deliver support to the customers and clients. You will also be responsible for;
Attending to online chat and support tickets with the customer
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests (pre/post-sales)
Provide guidance to customer need of account related matters.
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with online subscription-based customer service
Good English communication skills
Working knowledge of computers and basic technical skill
Additional computer skill of coding, troubleshooting and analyst will be advantage
Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on night schedule (for US time zone). Rotation of shift may be applied.
Home setup for WFH:
Must have a proper computer/laptop that does not cause any delays or affects loading web application
20mbps internet speed and above (Provide screenshot of speed test)
Stable and Reliable internet connection
Background noise and distraction free (requires Headphone/earphone with mic for calls)
Cell phone (Android or iOS) to install necessary app for CSR
