Responsibilities:
•Process online enquiries and feedback from any social media online platforms.
•Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
•Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
•Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively
•Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
•Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
Job Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Customer Service background
•Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage
•Diploma and above in any discipline
•Must be willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
