This role requires being extremely detail-oriented with good handling of computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite. Geometry and mathematical knowledge is a plus. Knowledge in Database is a plus.
Job Description:
Successful candidates will provide customer and technical support through email and/or chat and social media. He/she will independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and escalate more complex as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Respond to communications via email, chat and social Media regarding inquiries from users. No voice call.
Handle and solve customer needs and problems
Coordinate with Testers to understand customer issues and provide technical assistance until the issue is solved
Coordinate with Marketing (new features and technologies to be implemented to improve customer success, align on issues/bugs reported by customer service team, post-purchase
analysis)
Teamwork and contribution on knowledge base
Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 6 months of customer services experience to qualify
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
Dynamic, enthusiastic and with a "Can-Do" attitude
Background in tech/mobile app business and/or Aviation industry will be considered as an advantage
Speaking and writing another language such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, German, French will be considered as a strong advantage.
Can provide excellent customer service at all times
Proactive
Must have good knowledge in computer and mobile applications
