Job Description
Full training on Qoin will be provided.
Welcome calls introducing yourself as their account contact.
Provide an informative email after each call to the merchants.
Review their online directory listings prior to calling so you know what goods or services they provide. Make outbound calls to participating Qoin Merchants and take inbound calls.
Update clients' information in the CRM or Google Documents sheet.
Help clients promote their business or items they have for sales.
Follow up on previous notes from previous calls.
Source other businesses that the merchant can spend with and put them together.
Follow up on each deal until it's finalised.
Get to know the businesses of each one of your Qoin Merchants.
Create an internal directory of merchants so you have a reference for you and other team members.
Check directory listings and offer assistance if required to add or modify listings.
Enter a note in the CRM after every call describing the conversation.
Provide Customer Service to participating merchants.
Obtain referrals for new merchants.
Promote the Qoin packages to try and get new sales.
Send daily and weekly reports of your calls and the results.
Able to multitask while on the phone, enter notes or search web sites while speaking to merchants.
Find items to promote for sale either in the business or outside of their business.
Answering incoming return phone calls.
Monitor the social media accounts of Qoin to keep up to date with what other Qoin regions are offering.
Other administrative tasks related to Qoin.
Skills / Qualifications:
You must be fluent and comfortable in English.
You must be a proactive person that is able to put deals together.
At least 3 years' experience working in a call centre or BPO making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to/from Westerners.
Excellent record keeping and documentation skills.
Create and send reports to your Australian Manager.
Fast passed worker, able to multi task.
Must have passion fro helping people.
Excellent Telephone skills.
