Work Set-up: Work from Home/Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AU NSW Time or 6:00 am to 2:00 pm PH Time
Salary: Php 30,000.00 - Php 70,000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as Customer Service/Sales Representative would be:
Conducting follow up calls on existing customers to check customer's satisfaction and offer further assistance.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and processing customer requests.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Assist on Sales responsibilities as required.
Qualifications as Customer Service/Sales Representative:
Experience working as a Customer Service/Sales Representative.
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written; fluent in English.
Must be computer literate.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must be an alert, innovative thinker while always remaining professional and upholding the values of the company.
Ability to manage priorities ensuring tasks are completed in the most efficient and effective manner.
Strong organisational skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
Understanding what Multi-Level Marketing would be beneficial.
Bilingual/Chinese speaking is an advantage.
