· Experience in Call Centers is an advantage
· Answering phone calls
· Filing, photocopying, and sorting of documents (e.g. shop drawings , vehicles documents, HR documents)
· Assisting Visitors and walk-in Clients
· Encoding tasks as may be assigned
· Everyday checking of all Office equipment (Aircon, CCTV, Telephones, Water Dispenser)
· Prepare Driver's Routes
· Prepare and provide maps for unfamiliar routes (alternative waze application)
· Preparing of documents needed on trip schedules ( e.g. clearances, certifications )
· Sending company profiles for our new clients
· Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
