Responsibilities:
Receiving and placing a booking
Managing bookings through multiple platforms
Handling driver queries
Diverting any lost property or fare charge discrepancies
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
Experience with the Australian market preferred but not required
At least 1 year of customer support experience
Ability to navigate through different tools
Some admin experience is a plus but not critical
Travel bookings experience is a plus but not critical
Work Schedule: Willing to work any shift (day, mid, night)
