CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
 
Responsibilities:
Answer phone, chat and email inquiries from customers.
Help resolve issues and provide product/technical advice.
Handle multiple chats and navigate the computer, while providing superb customer service.
Follow prescribed problem resolution procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
At least 1 year experience in a call center environment handling phone, chat and email support.
Basic knowledge and skills in computer troubleshooting.
Data entry experience is a plus.
Good organization skills.
Highly trainable and fexible.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Willing to work onsite - IT Park Lahug
