Job Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidates will initially handle email tickets only. However, if there are attritions and we need additional support for CSR tasks, we'll request a skills allowance, and their role will shift from back office to a blended CSR role.
Qualifications:
At least (2) years of blended voice and non-voice or TSR experience
At least one (1) year in college
Hybrid work setup at 1 Nito Tower, Lahug, Cebu City
Salary Package: 18,500 basic plus 2,500 allowance
Start Date: June 2, 2025
