What you will do:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
Work on Generating leads.
Follow-up calls on work invoices.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
Must have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year BPO experience 
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends and holidays
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
