Job Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative serves as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, order update and deliveries. He/She  receives and processes sale orders via online, phone or email.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a solid customer service experience
• Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
